Challenge: a logistics platform stalled for 12+ months with a demoralised team and no agreed scope. What I did: took ownership, rebuilt the requirements and backlog, led a cross-functional team of seven, and re-sequenced delivery around a shippable core. Outcome: MVP live in six months, with inventory and logistics flows aligned to compliance and security needs.
DARTC CRM
Challenge: deliver and operate a multi-tenant CRM at production scale across a multi-product portfolio. What I did: coordinated a cross-disciplinary team of 15, managed two PMs and a product owner, and owned planning and delivery cadence. Outcome: a SaaS CRM platform serving 10,000+ users.

Challenge: help community organisations move operations online safely, under UK & EU GDPR. What I did: advised on system transitions and data protection, identified risk and basic security controls, and produced the technical documentation.
